- The merchandise is faulty, damaged, fractured, or unable to function correctly.
- Missing or lost items from your order.
- The received item is incorrect regarding size, color, or custom specifications.
- The product is not as described by our descriptions.
No questions asked and no need to return! We take responsibility for any loss in your shopping experience, sparing you valuable time and money. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to ensure a hassle-free experience for our customers.
In addition to the previously mentioned conditions, certain factors may prevent you from receiving a full refund or replacement within 30 days:
- Changing your mind or no longer desiring the item.
- Intending to request a modification to the received item’s size, color, or customization.
- Selecting an incorrect size, address, product, or custom information.
- The product sustaining damage due to improper use, mishandling, or insufficient maintenance.
Please be aware of these factors when considering refund or replacement requests.
Until this point of time, we have not been able to handle returns and exchanges because we do not hold stock and all items are made-to-order (They are custom made and printed just for you). Instead, if we send you the wrong order, kindly let us know as soon as possible so that we can send you a replacement or a full refund.
- Late delivery or missing order: We would gladly resend or issue a full refund if you do not receive the items purchased after 45 days of placing your order.
- Damaged or defective items: We would offer a replacement or a full refund if you can submit your order’s shipping label and a photo proof within 5 days of delivery shown by the tracking record.
Please note that we typically do not comply with requests for refunds or replacements for such errors as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, or wrong shipping address given, etc. If you have problems with sizes, designs, colors or deliveries, kindly reach out to our Customer Service Center for personal assistance.

MODIFICATION & CANCELLATION
If you want to cancel or modify your order, please contact at Customer Service Center, and our support team will assist you right away.
Your order is only eligible to be canceled and modified within 5 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled.
The production time is expanded by 1-2 days for modification orders.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Getting the wrong or defective shipment, please contact us at Customer Service Center.

LOST, MISSING, OR LATE PACKAGE
If you did not receive your package as promptly as our website stated, we will give RESEND OR REFUND per your asking. Please email us at support@wackytee.com and we’ll make it right!
We will:
– Give you a 100% Refund as it’s totally our fault.
– Make a new one and immediately send it to your address using Express Shipping. You don’t even need to pay any extra cost.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If the refund has not yet shown up, we suggest recheck your bank account and contact your payment provider. There might be a slight delay before your refund is fully processed.

You are eligible for a refund if the issue is related to product quality and your request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once your case is approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method, following a 3-day inspection period upon receipt by WackyTee.
3. What might prevent me from receiving a full refund?
You may not be eligible for a refund if:
Your request is made after 30 days from the delivery date.
The issue stems from incorrect information provided by you (e.g. wrong shipping address, incorrect custom name, size, etc.).
The product was delivered exactly as ordered, with no defects or errors.
4. Do I need to return the item?
No physical return is required. To save you time and shipping costs, simply provide us detailed information and clear photos to help resolve the issue.
5. Can I exchange my item for a different size or design?
Since WackyTee products are custom-made, exchanges are possible, but you’ll need to cover a resend fee, which may vary depending on the product.
