At WackyTee, our items are tailored to your order, meaning they’re crafted once you’ve placed an order. This approach allows for personalized touches and offers our customers an extensive array of design choices.

Please note that Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

We have our fulfillment centers located both in the US and overseas to keep the best pricing for customers. Therefore, processing and shipping time vary among product types.

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3 – 5 business days. It takes 1 business days to ship your order from our warehouse to logistics companies.
  • Shipping Time: Shipment takes 7 – 12 business days (depends on the destination) from the date it is shipped out.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Most packages (97%) arrive on time. Orders sometimes show up after the estimated delivery date, possible reasons for late delivery include the following:

  • Incorrect address
  • Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number
  • Severe weather conditions
  • International customs procedures

If you did not receive your package as promptly as our website stated, we will give RESEND OR REFUND per your asking. Please email us at support@wackytee.com and we’ll make it right!

How long would it take for my order to be shipped?

As we are a print-on-demand company, so it takes 5-7 business days to process the products. Customers, please give us several days depends on the product type that you ordered. Ninety-five percent of our orders are fulfilled within 5 business days for all products

What carriers my order will be shipped with?

We ship our domestic orders with USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, OSM depend on recipient address to improve delivery speed and cost-effectiveness.

It could take 7-12 business days for delivery within the U.S.

It takes 2-3 weeks for delivery with international orders.

Can I track my order?

Yes! We will send you a tracking number via email. In some cases, it can take up to 7 days. You can later track your Order by clicking on “Track Your Order” in the Main Menu.

If you didn’t receive an email, please contact us, so we can provide you with the information, before making a Chargeback, in some cases, Emails don’t get send automatically.

Where is my order?

To check on the status of an order please use the tracking number that we send to your email.

If you have ordered several items, they are often shipped out in separate packages so you may receive them on different days. You will receive an email with a tracking number for each package sent.

How long does it take for my order to arrive? Can it be expedited?

Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO Addresses?

Yes, we can send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses. Once the package enters the military mail system, tracking ceases to update for military security reasons.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Shipping is available worldwide through a variety of different carriers.

Express Shipping 4-7 days via DHL Shipping (only USA)

My tracking number isn’t working.

Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier’s system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can experience delays updating their site or delivering an order. If the tracking number is still not working within 4 business days then processing time policy, please contact us at support@wackytee.com

I haven’t received a shipment notification.

If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email, the email may have been directed to your spam folder. If it is not there, please reach out at support@wackytee.com as we may have the incorrect email on file. Make sure to include the name on the shipping information, your email, and anything else that might be helpful!

My package is marked delivered, but I never received it?My tracking number isn’t working.

If your package is marked delivered, but you never received it, follow these steps:

  1. Check around your home/apartment in case the postal carrier placed the package in an odd spot.
  2. Ask your neighbors as they may have received your package instead.
  3. Reach out to your local post office for information regarding the package.
  4. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us at support@wackytee.com
I ordered 2+ items, but only received one… where’s my order?

We have a large assortment of products not stocked in the house when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way. If you believe error contact us support@wackytee.com.

Shipping multiple orders

Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee- Which means we will refund your money if you are for any reason not satisfied with your order. Please check the refunds policy. We want to provide a risk-free shopping experience and trust our customers to not take advantage of us on this offer.

Shipping to multiple locations

Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.

Address changes

The shipping address is only changed before we ship it out to the shipping courier, it means that we are unable to change your shipping address when it’s in your way. 

In this case, we suggest that you contact the shipping carrier by yourself to ask for their help.

How can I change the delivery address when they are in the shipping phase?

When your order is shipped out. We are NOT allowed to change the shipping address anymore. In this case, contact support@wackytee.com immediately to get the tracking number. You need to follow your package and contact the carrier by yourself to change your  delivery address.

Customs charges and delays

Some countries may require import tax, duties and customs fees for the imports. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of your country. Paying these charges is your responsibility. There might also be delays in delivery times due to customs checks which are out of our control.
